Delivery and Return Conditions

Delivery terms

In our product deliveries, the shipping company is used according to the type of the product. Your orders are given to the cargo company within an average of 3 working days. In the event that the cargo company cannot go to some regions, the person who placed the order can receive the product he ordered from the nearest branch of the cargo company.

Orders received after 15:00 are considered as the next business day. Orders received after 15.00 on Friday are considered to be received on the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays such as holidays and public holidays are deemed to have been received on the first official working day following the holiday end.

The products are delivered only to the person who placed the order and at the address where the order was placed. It will be useful to provide the address and phone number of your location during the day so that delivery can take place. The product of the customer, who cannot be found at the given address, is taken to the relevant branch. Products that are not received within 4 days from here are returned.

Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you receive. If there is any damage to the product, do not take the product by keeping a record on the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty after the product is received.

Return Conditions

You can return the products you have purchased within 7 business days from the date of delivery, following the return conditions below. For your return applications, you can contact us at (212) 502 13 10.

In return operations, the shipping fee belongs to the Customer. Returns must be made in their original box or packaging. If the product cannot be returned as it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and its price will not be refunded.

You must return the product you will return with the invoice we sent you, and a petition explaining why you returned the product. For products that may experience incompatibility problems in product selection, it should definitely be ordered with technical support on compliance. For the return of the products, such as paint, whose authenticity cannot be verified and whose quality can be changed, their packages must be unopened, intact and unused.

You must return the product you will return with the condition it was delivered to you. If the product is in use, you are responsible for paying the loss of the commercial value of the product. The returned products are examined by us, and return is accepted according to the result of the technical report.

If the above return conditions are met, the return process will be initiated. This process varies between 3-7 days. We will contact you when we confirm the return.

If your order has been paid by credit card, the refund will be sent to your credit card, and if your order has been paid by wire transfer, your bank information will be sent to your bank account.
